Workplace Description:

We promote sustainable practices of land use and the conserving of natural resources.


We act as a clearing house of the latest government, legal, and scientific information on all aspects of land management, biodiversity and sustainability.


We use our monthly meetings and monthly newsletter to publicize this information to all of our members and to other land owners.



We hold field days and demonstrations to showcase new practices and innovations in land management.


As volunteers, we engage in “on-ground” field projects that are of value to our local community.


We work closely with South East Queensland Catchments,
SEQ Water, and State and Federal Government Agencies and Somerset Regional council to achieve our goals.
